rangeCircle bug


<p>I found a minor issue that occurs while viewing the range circle of a tower with a limited range. The range circle will not show the minimum range of some towers until they are upgraded or another tower is built.</p> <p>ex. The first tower placed in a game has a MinRange=&quot;2&quot; and a MaxRange=&quot;5&quot;, after selecting the tower it looks like the tower has a MinRange=&quot;0&quot; and a MaxRange=&quot;5&quot;. This problem seems to go away if the tower is upgraded or another one is built. </p> <p>This issue does not urgently need to be fixed, but I thought you should know of the problem.</p>

Thanks, since it's small I might see if I can quickly resolve it before we do the 1.3 update. Depending on if I can find time this weekend.

Fixed in rev 71045. Please confirm that the code in that revision fixes your issue so I can close this.
